Not always. We do our very best to keep the website updated with new arrivals, but as we stock thousands of crystals and one-of-a-kind pieces, it isn’t always possible to list everything online straight away.

Sometimes, it depends on the item. If a product is individually photographed and numbered, you will receive the exact piece shown in the images.

However, some items use example photography. Due to the natural nature of crystals and the large volume of stock we carry, it isn’t always possible to photograph every single piece individually. In these cases, you will receive an intuitively chosen piece that closely matches the quality, size, and appearance shown.

As every crystal is unique, natural variations in colour, pattern, and shape are always to be expected.
