How to use 

Light the end of your stick, allow it so burn for a few seconds then blow out so that it smoulders, Use the smoke to cleanse and clear crystal or the home. You can stub out when you are finished and can relight if you need to use it again.

Make sure the sage is fully out, NEVER leave unattended
