Dragon Scale Calcite

Dragon Scale Calcite is a relatively new find. It is only found in Sweetwater Mine in Reynolds, Missouri. These calcites are filled with chalcopyrite. The crystal forms in a beautifully unique way. It is made up of multiple calcites that grow individually, each ‘scale’ is a calcite that has grown and overlapped the one before it. These stones are really special and have an incredible otherworldly energy. They are incredibly beautiful.
